At Senti, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. Every order is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if an issue arises, we’re here to assist you with a fair and transparent return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, leaking, or incorrect.

You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

You provide clear video or photographic proof of the issue at the time of unboxing.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM within the specified timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The product has been used, opened, or sprayed.

Returns based on personal fragrance preference or change of mind.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping & Responsibility

If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), Senti will bear the full cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.

If the issue is not caused by Senti, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Processing Time for Returns & Exchanges
Once your return is approved and the product is received in its original condition (if required), please allow 3–5 business days for the processing of your exchange or refund.
